[BuildrWealth](https://buildrwealth.com/) is a DeFi education, mentorship and consultancy business. We take crypto investors through the GPS System, our structured path to building their own portfolio. Backing every decision is our [Flywheel](https://cryptoflywheel.com/) capital allocation system and [Metrix Finance](https://metrix.finance/) portfolio analytics software.

## About the role

We’re looking for a part-time **Client Success Manager** who knows DeFi well and can teach it. You’ll guide members through the GPS System as they build and run their Flywheel portfolio. You’ll also support our community and create educational resources in your areas of expertise.

Over time the role can grow into a permanent place on our fulfillment team.

## What you’ll do

### Member onboarding and portfolio support

- Help new members secure their wallets and set up their first strategies
- Guide portfolio construction and run ongoing portfolio reviews on member calls
- Work from our established processes, courses and templates

### Community education

- Join our live community calls and answer member questions
- Write educational posts for the community
- Research opportunities and present them in our weekly newsletter

### Specialist education

- Own one area of DeFi at a time, such as fixed yield, liquidity pools or RWAs, and build the resources members need for it: mini-courses, written guides, videos or live walkthroughs
- Teach members which strategies suit a Flywheel and how they fit into their portfolio
- Set up a clear process for researching opportunities in your area and presenting them in the newsletter

We judge this work by one question: can a member use your resources to identify, evaluate and use a strategy without compromising their Flywheel?

## What we’re looking for

- **Hands-on DeFi experience.** You run your own on-chain positions and do your own research. You know lending, liquidity provision, stablecoin yield, fixed yield and looping, and the risks that come with each.
- **Depth in at least one area.** You know one part of DeFi well enough to teach it from first principles and build a course around it.
- **You can teach.** You make complex ideas simple in writing and on live calls. Many of our members are new to DeFi, and you’re patient with that.
- **Risk first.** You trace every yield to its source and talk plainly about what can go wrong.
- **You finish what you start.** You scope work you can deliver and see it through.
- **Excellent written and spoken English.**
- **Nice to have:** experience coaching or managing portfolios for private clients, or producing courses, videos or guides.
